His expertise in mathematics, statistics, and communication adds depth to his academy management skills. Having traversed the country as a coach, he envisions a global village where people breathe together, fostering solidarity through education and environmental conservation to uplift those in need.

With extensive experience in coaching kids and youth, Collins combines his love for football with a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and computer science. He is passionate about empowering young athletes and fostering a holistic development environment that blends sports and life skills. As the Executive Director of Cheza Sports Academy since January 2013, Collins oversees and manages organizational operations, ensuring alignment with the academy’s mission and values. He actively improves service quality and efficiency through staff training, and his mentorship and player conditioning skills create a positive impact on aspiring athletes. Collins has been a vital part of the Football Kenya Federation as the Football Grassroots Leagues Coordinator since January 2022, coordinating football teams, schools, and academies to participate in the FKF U13 & U15 Leagues. In addition to his coaching journey, Collins has also contributed significantly as a volunteer in various organizations and founded the Kenya Association of Football Academies in 2022. His commitment to the sports community is further reflected through his affiliations with Football Kenya Federation and Kenya Football Coaches Association. With a future prospect of obtaining UEFA A and Pro Licenses and a Masters in Sports Management, Collins Olimba continues to drive the vision of empowering young athletes and promoting football excellence.
